DEI Trainers (German speaking)
- Professional accreditation as Trainer and/or Facilitator with a recognised body
- A minimum of 3 years experience designing and delivering training and workshops that connect to culture, leadership and DEI
- Previous commercial experience in industry or education
- Shares a passion around the topics diversity and inclusion and wellbeing in the workplace, as well as supporting our goal of being the number one diversity and inclusion consultancy in Switzerland
- Shares and reinforces our organisational values
- Able to speak fluently German and English
- Computer and internet savvy - able to confidently navigate Thrive Online products, use Google Drive and Google Mail to manage communications, information and knowledge sharing, and Trello for project management
Office location and ways of working
We are a virtual office — that means everyone (including you!) works from your own home office. Having said this, you will need to be mobile and able to travel to client sites as and when needed. You also need to be eligible to work in Switzerland.

We are searching for a 80% - 100% FTE Intern in Operations / DEI Trainee to be located in Switzerland and collaborate virtually with the rest of the Thriving Talent team.

About This Role
So what will you be doing exactly?
You will have a key role in coordinating training workshops, and ensuring that the information on the different online tools we use to plan workshops is up to date, correct, and accessible.
Beside this main role, you’ll also carry out research on DEI related news and best practices and ensure the team is up to date on these. You will also support the team with various projects they will need your help and ideas with, in functional areas related to sales, client management, consulting, and process optimisation.
