A leading automotive company identified a major issue regarding employee conduct. After an incident of harassment resulted in dismissals and formal warnings, the management team aimed to quickly address the matter. They wanted to make sure management and blue-collar workers understood what constituted respectful behaviour and were equipped to speak up if they observed inappropriate behaviour.
