Inclusive recruitment is a core skill for managers. Their ability to recruit and select talent in an inclusive way has a direct impact on the quality and diversity of your talent. Our inclusive recruitment training draws on over 25 years of experience in building fair practice in attraction, recruitment and retention processes.
From design to delivery, we tailor our training to align with your business case and organisational culture. This training offers an immersive experience featuring an innovative interview simulation with a “real” candidate. Interactive, pragmatic and engaging, delegates will leave our workshops able to find practical applications of their newfound diversity knowledge in everyday work situations.
During this dynamic and action-driven workshop, participants will learn how to:
- Avoid the use of biased language when writing job descriptions and vacancy adverts specification
- Sift and shortlist candidates fairly and without bias
- Mitigate unconscious bias in interviewing and decision-making
- Post-interview considerations
The workshop content is tied to business realities and includes concepts, tools, best practice sharing, and an interview simulation. Participants will be invited to complete a pre-workshop e-learning module and are invited to bring their own scenarios and challenges to the session for discussion and solution-seeking.
