CERN has worked with Thriving Talent since 2013, including their support for a more inclusive recruitment process with the ‘Selecting the right person for CERN’ training programme. This ‘Inclusive Teamwork’ training design was initially sponsored by the ALICE Diversity & Inclusion office to help them improve intercultural collaboration and communication.
