Because now more than ever, working together is critical to help us navigate this very unpredictable period and maximise our chances of well-being and productivity. Swiss and European employees have been working from home for over 2 weeks and although signs are promising, we are not yet ready to return to offices.

Thriving Talent is producing a free webinar series to help companies, leaders, teams and employees maximise the chance of sustained success and well-being during these uncertain times.

These webinars will also provide a platform to share real stories and develop innovative ideas so that you can be future ready; helping to keep all of us connected, resilient and surf the unpredictability and the uncertainty of the new Business As Usual.

Our hope is that these events will create a platform for you to network and exchange, ask burning questions and share challenges that you and your company might face over the coming weeks.

On Tuesday 14 April 2020 we are hosting the second webinar of the series and will offer an additional webinar on Thursday 30 April 2020.

During this 60-minute webinar we will be sharing the survey results on the current reality that organisations in Switzerland are facing. We will using the time to facilitate a co-creative process using Zoom breakout rooms for participants to develop innovative ideas and share resources to overcome the survey findings.
