Overview

In early 2019, JTI acquired a company in Bangladesh and quickly needed to integrate two different corporate cultures. As a multinational company, JTI aims to apply consistent standards in each of its markets.

JTI piloted Thriving Talent’s “Empower Your Future programme (EYF)”, an 18-week professional development course for 10 participants from different departments, which blends learning through with bi-weekly workshops, a workbook, online learning, individual coaching and peer support, as well as a WhatsApp group.
