CERN is the European Organization for Nuclear Research and through its established Diversity programme it aims to appreciate differences, foster equality and promote collaboration.

In 2013, CERN invited Thriving Talent to develop a training programme that would change the way they managed the interview process. 6 years later, we have trained over 400 people. This has resulted in building much-needed awareness of the unconscious biases that can cloud objectivity during the recruitment process, and has been instrumental in driving CERN’s inclusion and diversity efforts.
